Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with data analysis and market research.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for departmental review.
- Support daily administrative operations and office management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Update internal databases and track project progress using CRM software.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must have completed at least one year of college coursework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during summer break.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia office.
