Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and analyze local trends to support business strategy.
- Manage client communications via email and phone, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Support the coordination of local events and community outreach programs in Charlotte.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update internal databases.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for department heads.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (Freshman to Senior year).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible for college credit.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during summer break.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte office.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
