Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and sales team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the Fort Worth area.
- Manage and update client databases and contact information accurately.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Help prepare promotional materials, presentations, and reports for management review.
- Support the logistics of summer events and client engagement activities.
- Monitor social media channels and assist with content creation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time for the duration of the summer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
