We are seeking motivated college students for our Summer Internship Program in the Boston area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while earning college credit and receiving weekly pay.
Our hiring team is currently expanding across Boston, MA and Georgia regions. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build their resume and develop professional skills in a supportive and dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, welcoming store appearance.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash handling duties.
- Collaborate with store management to execute daily operational goals and visual merchandising.
- Support promotional events and special summer activities.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during summer break.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
