Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Learn inventory management techniques and assist in periodic stock audits.
- Support team initiatives and participate in training workshops during the summer session.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Summer/Fall 2024 start).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
