Responsibilities
- Assist the operations department with daily administrative tasks and data management.

- Conduct market research and compile weekly progress reports for the team.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various summer projects and campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Prepare meeting materials and take detailed minutes during staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, or bachelor's degree program.
- Available to work full-time during the summer months (May through August).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia office.
