Responsibilities
- Assist in developing software applications using Python and JavaScript
- Support digital marketing campaigns through data analysis and content creation
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with engineering and design teams
- Participate in agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis reports
- Optimize user experiences through A/B testing and feedback implementation
- Document technical processes and create project documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's program (rising junior/senior preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer/fall term
- Experience with version control (Git) a plus
