Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing department in executing digital campaigns and managing social media channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Support the sales team by preparing client presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide daily updates on project progress.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary software tools under the guidance of senior staff.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation to the office location.
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week during the summer months.
