Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team in executing SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Support the technical recruiting team in screening resumes and scheduling interviews for entry-level positions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms and internal newsletters.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns.
- Help maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology.
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week during the summer.
