Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to guests and visitors.
- Assist in daily operations, including front-of-house duties and ticketing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock organization and replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Support marketing initiatives and social media engagement during peak seasons.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, College, or University program.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
