Responsibilities
- Assist with Data Analysis: Support the analytics team in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, drafting reports, and preparing presentations for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide administrative or technical support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update project timelines, and create technical or operational documentation.
- Client Interaction: Assist in coordinating client meetings and handling basic inquiries under supervision.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential areas for efficiency and suggest improvements to current workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior status preferred).
- GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic understanding of project management tools.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule during the summer/fall season (35-40 hours/week).
