Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Graduating Class 2024 or 2025).
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling and data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the NYC location.
