Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative duties and project coordination.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with a professional demeanor.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate weekly progress reports for management review.
- Support the marketing department in preparing materials for local Oakland events.
- Attend weekly team syncs and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Organize and maintain office files and digital databases to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly summer goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Junior/Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work during the summer months (June - August).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Oakland office.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
