Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research to identify new logistics opportunities in the Pennsylvania region.
- Support the planning and execution of company summer events and team-building activities.
- Manage and update internal client databases with high attention to accuracy.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for department supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time (or part-time) for the duration of the summer months.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
