Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and compile detailed reports for project planning.
- Support customer relations by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and company databases.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices and workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
