Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring network infrastructure systems
- Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Document technical processes and create system documentation
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal teams
- Participate in cross-departmental tech innovation sprints
- Implement best practices for IT asset management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during summer term
- Relevant coursework or personal projects in IT/tech
- Valid driver's license preferred for site visits
