Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain IT hardware/software systems
- Assist with network monitoring and security protocols

- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects
- Participate in weekly tech workshops and training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/Computer Science program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week June-August
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site visits)
