Responsibilities
- Support deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications on AWS/Azure platforms
- Assist in network monitoring and security incident response protocols
- Develop and test automation scripts for system administration tasks
- Document IT processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning sessions
- Conduct user testing and provide feedback on software solutions
- Shadow senior engineers during system integration and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for 10-12 weeks between May and December 2024
