Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability scanning and incident response
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migration projects
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical system monitoring
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Computer Science or IT program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
