Responsibilities
- Assist in network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support software development lifecycle activities
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and code reviews
- Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability assessments
- Optimize database performance through SQL queries
- Present project outcomes to technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer term
