Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Assist with software installation and troubleshooting
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior developers on web application testing
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning
- Conduct basic hardware diagnostics and repairs
- Shadow IT security protocols and compliance audits
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer term
- Basic familiarity with Python or JavaScript
