Responsibilities
- Support network security monitoring and incident response protocols
- Assist with cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate on cross-functional DevOps automation projects
- Perform system vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Shadow senior engineers on enterprise client deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line environments
- Experience with Python or Bash scripting preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 40 hours/week June-August 2024
- Must pass standard background check
