Responsibilities
- Assist with network administration and system monitoring
- Support cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to employees
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems
- Familiarity with Python or scripting languages
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Available for 20-30 hours/week through August/September
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace preferred
