Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy microservices using AWS/GCP infrastructure
- Implement machine learning models for data analytics pipelines
- Write clean, production-ready Python/Java code with unit tests
- Participate in agile sprint planning and code reviews
- Debug and optimize existing cloud-based applications
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive frontends
- Document technical specifications and API integrations
- Present project outcomes to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) or containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Previous internship or open-source contributions preferred
- Ability to work 20-40 hours/week through August-December 2024
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
