Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network systems during overnight hours
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with hardware/software deployment and testing
- Perform system backups and security checks
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
- Provide basic user support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university (IT/CS majors preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/PowerShell) a plus
