Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and user inquiries
- Monitor network infrastructure and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist with server maintenance and security patch deployments
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in after-hours system upgrades and maintenance windows
- Test new technologies and software in a sandbox environment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Available for full-time summer schedule (May-August)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems
