Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1/2 IT incidents with SLA adherence
- Perform system backups, updates, and vulnerability scans
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-departmental technical training
- Support disaster recovery testing and incident response
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT/CS degree program (sophomore+ standing)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and ability to earn academic credit
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux administration fundamentals
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
