Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and basic troubleshooting
- Support network monitoring and security protocol enforcement
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with senior engineers
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Learn and implement cloud service fundamentals (AWS/Azure basics)
- Contribute to IT asset inventory management and documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of IT/CS degree program
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, MS Office Suite)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2024
