As an IT Intern, you'll work alongside industry professionals to support our digital transformation initiatives. This paid internship includes mentorship sessions, technical training workshops, and networking opportunities. Perfect for current students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. No prior experience required – we provide all necessary training!
Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and basic troubleshooting for company devices
- Support network monitoring and documentation of system configurations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and data protection initiatives
- Create and maintain user documentation for internal IT processes
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with development and operations teams
- Contribute to inventory management of IT assets and software licenses
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades and maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT, Computer Science, or related degree
- Available for 15-20 hours per week during Summer/Fall semester (June-September 2024)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred (occasional site visits required)
