Responsibilities
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support software testing and quality assurance procedures
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate on cross-functional development teams
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Research emerging technologies and present findings
- Provide basic helpdesk support to internal staff
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with programming concepts (Python/Java preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during summer term
- Must be eligible for academic credit through your institution
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
