Responsibilities
- Support enterprise software development using Java and Python
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and threat analysis
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches
- Optimize database performance using SQL
- Test applications and troubleshoot technical issues
- Contribute to innovation workshops for Ohio market expansion
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Must be eligible for college credit (verify with academic advisor)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java/Python preferred)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to commit to 40 hours/week for 12+ weeks
