Key Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with daily technical support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of new software applications and internal systems.
- Maintain and organize digital databases and filing systems to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program with a graduation date of 2025 or later.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of computer networking and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings during peak periods.
