Responsibilities
- Assist in software testing, debugging, and documentation
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Collaborate on web development projects using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Manage help desk tickets and provide end-user technical support
- Analyze data using SQL and generate performance reports
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Research emerging technologies and prepare implementation proposals
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours weekly during summer/fall term
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to Louisville office
