Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift rotations
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and user inquiries
- Execute system backups, updates, and security patches during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports and resolution procedures using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and compliance audits
- Assist with network administration tasks including switch/router configuration
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Availability to work 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM) for 12 weeks
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or virtualization technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
