Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond to incident tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Assist with server patching, backups, and security protocol implementation
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in cross-departmental sprint planning sessions
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system deployments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Available for 3-4 consecutive nights per week (minimum 20 hours)
- Must possess US work authorization and reliable transportation
