Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for internal systems and customer-facing applications
- Monitor network operations and troubleshoot hardware/software issues during night shifts
- Document incident tickets, resolutions, and system updates in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security patches and system updates
- Assist with server maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Participate in knowledge base development and training material creation
- Perform system health checks and performance optimization tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP)
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10pm-6am)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (students encouraged to apply)
- Ability to lift 25lbs for occasional hardware maintenance
