Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-channel marketing campaign performance using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize customer behavior trends Conduct A/B tests and provide optimization recommendations for digital campaigns
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Assist in developing predictive models for customer acquisition and retention
- Present findings to senior leadership during quarterly reviews
- Support marketing team with ad hoc data requests and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, SEM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Available for 20-40 hours/week through August 2024
