Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 technology infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during night shift hours
- Assist in troubleshooting network systems, server operations, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates and security patches
- Participate in agile development cycles for feature testing and validation
- Analyze performance metrics and generate operational improvement reports
- Maintain compliance with IT security protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, OS fundamentals, or cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Available for 3-4 nights per week (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Must possess valid US work authorization
