Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain operational workflows during the night shift to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in data entry, inventory tracking, and report generation for the evening management team.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming shipments and outgoing orders.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless handovers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to update stock levels and track inventory movements.
- Support special projects or seasonal initiatives as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to perform light physical duties as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
