Responsibilities
- Support night shift IT operations including system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance for client projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on documentation and process improvement
- Participate in agile development sprints and sprint retrospectives
- Monitor and analyze data trends for operational efficiency
- Shadow senior engineers on system architecture and deployment
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (sophomore/junior standing)
- Eligible for academic credit through your institution
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Ability to work flexible hours (10 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thu)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with version control systems (Git preferred)
