Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift operations
- Document technical processes and create operational SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Perform routine security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support incident response procedures during off-hours
- Shadow senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Contribute to automation scripts for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems
- Availability to work 12am-8am shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant coursework in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
