Responsibilities
- Support real-time inventory tracking and warehouse management systems during night operations
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional logistics between Chicago and Pennsylvania facilities
- Participate in safety audits and compliance documentation for 24-hour operations
- Collaborate with night shift teams on process optimization initiatives
- Generate performance reports using Excel and proprietary logistics software
- Support implementation of new warehouse automation technologies
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts (3-4 days/week)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of WMS/TMS systems or willingness to learn proprietary software
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for facility transportation)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
