Responsibilities
- Support nighttime operations and project execution during 10 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Assist with data analysis and reporting for client initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on development projects
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document processes and maintain digital project repositories
- Shadow senior engineers during critical system deployments
- Contribute to innovation workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Python/SQL or equivalent programming experience
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
