Responsibilities
- Support night shift operations including system monitoring and incident response
- Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks using industry-standard tools

- Document processes and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning meetings
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance initiatives
- Shadow senior engineers during on-call rotations
- Complete assigned learning modules and skill development exercises
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with technology and quick learner attitude
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits if required)
