Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document incident reports and resolution processes using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-functional system updates
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
- Participate in weekly process improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (all majors welcome)
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional hardware transport)
