Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 operations during night shifts across hotel/event venues
- Assist with guest check-ins, concierge services, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Document operational reports and maintain service quality metrics
- Participate in cross-departmental training rotations
- Execute special event setups and post-event breakdowns

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a US college/university program
- Availability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) 3-4 days weekly
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
