Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shifts
- Monitor network systems and respond to alerts proactively
- Document incident reports and maintain ticketing systems
- Assist with server maintenance and patch deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Conduct basic user account management and access controls
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
