Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time logistics systems and resolve operational escalations
- Document process improvements using company analytics tools
- Collaborate with global teams during peak shipping hours

- Support inventory management during overnight operations
- Generate performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in business, logistics, or supply chain program
- Availability for 3+ night shifts weekly (June-August)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
