Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 tech infrastructure monitoring during night shift hours
- Assist with software testing and quality assurance for mobile applications
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual stand-ups
- Participate in sprint retrospectives and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Maintain incident logs and escalate critical issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in computer science or related field (Sophomore/Junior preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during summer months
