Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT operations during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with network monitoring, system diagnostics, and incident response
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud infrastructure projects
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
- Test and validate software builds in staging environments
- Contribute to automation scripts for deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows server administration
- Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, or scripting languages
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (Summer/Fall 2023)
